Matthew 25:37-40<\/cite> \u201cThen the righteous will answer him, \u2018Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?\u2019 The King will reply, \u2018Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.\u2019\u201d<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Learn<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Do you know how many foreign workers reside in Singapore? Over 1.4 million! That\u2019s about 1 foreign worker to 4 Singaporeans. <\/span>Every day, we have the chance to meet some of them. In the MRT, in the hawker centre, in our neighbourhood.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus has called us to <\/span>go<\/span><\/i> make disciples of all nations. This is called the Great Commission. And here in Singapore, the Great Commission is right at our doorstep.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

God has brought the nations to us in Singapore!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The majority of foreign workers in Singapore come from countries like Bangladesh, China, Cambodia, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand. We can do missions here right where we are!<\/span><\/p>\n

We do missions unto Jesus.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When we feed the hungry, comfort the broken-hearted and meet the needs of the poor, we are allowing them to experience Christ. That\u2019s missions!<\/span><\/p>\n

All of us can do missions!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

From today, let us all approach these brothers and sisters in Christ that God has brought to us, to show them Jesus through our words and actions.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
